Steps to selling your business

    1. Analysis. I will meet with you. I will learn about your business and assess your cash flow, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, sustainability, viability and other factors. I will also analyze the market to determine a realistic asking price to get you the best sales price possible.
    2. Confidentiality. I will take all necessary steps to ensure that this process is not disclosed and that your identity is protected.
    3. Marketing. Each buyer’s market is different I will determine ideal approach in identifying potential buyers

        2. Marketing plan
        3. Price negotiation strategy
    4. Advertising. I’ll determine where and when to advertise. I will also contact potential buyers that I already have in my database. And I will ask around through my own network of contacts, which sometimes yields surprising results.
    5. Qualification of prospects. I will verify that prospective buyers have the financial means to make the purchase, as well as the background necessary to manage a business.
    6. Negotiations. I will negotiate with various suitors. The top goal is to get top dollar, but there are often other factors that might be important to you.
    7. Selection of offer. I will recommend the ideal offer or proposal for you to consider. In the end, the transaction is your choice.
    8. Closing the deal! I will supervise the closing process, including due diligence, paperwork and forms, regulatory requirements and closing of the transaction
